About Us

Terms and Conditions of Booking

  • Chauffeured Services Ltd requires 24 hours for all online bookings.
  • For bookings with less than 24 hours notice, we ask that you contact us on 0333 577 0000.
  • We strive to ensure our drivers are on time but there are circumstances that will be out of our control; we do not accept responsibility for those delays.
  • All drivers follow all traffic laws, including safety and speed limits. They will also drive to match the road conditions for your safety.
  • The client must pay for any damage caused to the interior or exterior of any vehicle by said client. Any loss of earning if the vehicle is out of service for the rest of the day will also be billed to the client.
  • There are occasions when we may need to provide subcontracted vehicles
  • We reserve the right to refuse anybody who is unfit for travel or poses a threat to the members of staff. Money for any prepaid journeys will not be refunded.
  • Our arrival service offers a complimentary 45 minutes for you come through arrivals. Once 45 minutes has elapsed we charge £5 per 15 minutes waiting time.  Your car parking charge allows for up to 59 minutes of car parking for the driver.  For 60 minutes and above car parking charges increase to £12.00 GBP. If you wish to specify a time of pick up from the airport terminal after your flight has landed, please advise at the time of booking.
  • Through supplying your email address, you allow Chauffeured Services Ltd to contact you in this manner from time to time. We will not pass your email address onto any third party services or individuals.
  • The client will be billed for any extras that were not agreed on at time of booking. This includes, but does not limit to, any changes in journey and extra mileage gained. The extra cost will be in accordance with the costs on our website.
  • We may need to change your driver or vehicle at any point of the booking.
  • The driver(s) will travel the best route for the date and the time, unless this has been arranged at the time of booking by the client.
  • Chauffeured Services Ltd will not be liable for any damage or loss to personal property. However, our vehicles are insured in full for passenger or third party claims should an accident or incident occur.
  • We do keep a lost property book and aim to return all lost property found in the vehicles to clients.
  • Chauffeured Services Ltd operates a non-smoking policy in all vehicles.
  • Online quotes do not take into account any public holidays when there will be extra charges. Please indicate on the form if the booking is over a bank or public holiday or telephone us for a more exact quote.
  • The statutory rights of the client are not affected by these terms and conditions.
  • All payments are to be made within 30 days of receipt of invoice. One reminder will be sent out after 30 days if the payment is not made. After 42 days, there will be a 15% increase onto the cost each week the invoice remains unpaid.
  • Credit Card Payments: We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties.
  • Any invoice that remains unpaid for more than 12 weeks will be referred to a debt collection agency and you may be taken to court to recover any costs to our company.
  • Booking Cancellations and Failure to show; If you wish to cancel your booking this must be made 24 hours before you are due to travel. Cancellation costs if failed to do so are as follows. 23:59:59 hours to 12:00 hours = 25%. 11:59:59 hours to 06:00 hours = 50%. 05:59:59 hours to 00:00 hours = 100%.
  • If you have pre paid for your journey by credit card, you will receive a refund to the amount charged minus any costs as per above.
